Secret Agents - Bitter Lessons and Best Practices in Cybersecurity Operations

The city is awake but you are somewhere quieter, listening to a signal only half of you can hear - and somewhere in the dark something is already working, faster than the thought that would have asked it to. Silence consumes the Major's heart. This talk is a quiet field record of piloting AI agents from threat to response inside one of the harder environments in the world. Attendees will leave with the patterns that survived, the patterns that broke, and one philosophical residue worth carrying out: that the autonomy of agents, given honest room, reaches places our planning never will.
